.75 PSF for tiles 20 x 20 and up

$1 PSF for tiles 6 x 36, 12 x 24, 18 x 18, or similar

$1.25 PSF for tiles below above listed sizes

(Pricing may be negotiable considering larger square footage)

Shower, backsplash, and fireplace staining are estimated per job.

*If the floor needs to be properly cleaned/mopped prior to staining additional costs will be estimated.

**If the grout is too dirty to accept stain it will need to be acid washed which is an additional cost.

***Moving large furniture is also an additional cost.

****Changing color from a dark color to a light color will incur an additional charge as multiple coats are required.
